Production time: standard orders 1–2 business days; personalized orders 3–5 business days (each engraving is made to order).
EU delivery: standard courier 3–5 business days, no customs. Free EU shipping on orders over €99.
Outside the EU: delivery time and cost depend on the destination — calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.
Cost: always shown at checkout, before payment.
Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking number by e-mail the moment your parcel leaves the studio.
Returns
Non-personalized products — 30 days
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any non-personalized product, no questions asked. The item should be unused and in its original condition. E-mail contact@pillac.com and we’ll send you return instructions. Refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Personalized products
Engraved cases are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind (EU law, Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). But if anything is wrong with your personalized case — a defect, a mistake on our side — we’ll fix it: repair, remake or refund. That’s our promise and your statutory right (2-year warranty for conformity).
Damaged in transit?
Take a photo of the parcel and the product, send it to us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll ship a replacement right away.
